The Stierli-Bender Ship Frame Bending and Straightening Machine 700 SE is a highly productive versatile and yet compact horizontal bending and straightening machine. The centre clamp system hold the material on in the tooling during the bending operation.

The height of tooling is 300 mm. The die holder has a height of 300 mm and the punch tool holder is 120 mm in diameter, guarantees a variety of applications with simple and rapid tool interchange also for bending and straightening jobs.

The large and spacious work platform gives maximum stability for ease of bending larger components. The unit is stable whilst remaining mobile.

The inching and automatic programme and dressing function can be activated by a remote hand control and cable or a foot pedal.

The specially lubricated and guided hydraulic cylinder is maintenance free. The working power of 700 kN is maintained throughout the stroke length of 350 mm with continuous maximum working speed.
