Bending- and Straightening machine  1200 NC

The Stierli-Bieger 1200 NC Bending-Centre is a highly productive and versatile machine with a modern 1- or 2-axis control. Easy to follow operator installation appear on the screen. The N.C. control can store up to 200 programs each with 10 reference positions. The stroke control can be corrected in the program at any time in +/- 0,1 mm steps, in order to adjust material- conditioned tolerances.

Reference Positions are automatically recorded by using the “teach in” button.

The die holder has a height of 300 mm and the punch tool holder is 120 mm in diameter, guaranteeing a variety of applications with simple and rapid tool interchange.

The large and spacious work platform gives maximum stability for ease of bending larger components. The unit is stable whilst remaining mobile.

The specially oil lubricated and guided hydraulic cylinder is maintenance free and without an open slot and guide.

The machine can be operated by use of either a foot pedal or remote hand control.
