300 HE

The Stierli-Bieger 300 HE is a highly productive versatile and yet compact horizontal bending and straightening machine.

The height of tooling is 200 mm. The die holder has a height of 200 mm and the punch tool holder is 80 mm in diameter, guarantees a variety of applications with simple and rapid tool interchange.

The large and spacious work platform gives maximum stability for ease of bending larger components. The unit is stable whilst remaining mobile.

The inching and automatic programme and dressing function can be activated by a remote hand control and cable or a foot pedal.

The specially lubricated and guided hydraulic cylinder is maintenance free. The working power of 300 kN is maintained throughout the stroke length of 300 mm with continuous maximum working speed.
